Brandon and I had a wonderful doctor's appointment today! We had our mid-way check up and ultrasound, measuring all of her parts and checking all of her organs... everything was there and everything looked great! She has 2 arms and 2 legs and 4 chambers in her heart.... music to our ears! Chelsea, our ultrasound tech, just kept saying "that looks normal... yep! that looks great! etc..." And Brandon and I kept smiling and saying, "that's what we want to hear!"
I uploaded my two favorite ultrasound pictures. The quality isn't the best because I actually took pictures of the ultrasound print outs so that I could upload and save them to my blog.
Her profile reminds me of Brady's profile from our ultrasound pictures with him. A cute little button nose and pouty lips! She weighs in at about 14 ounces and her heart was around 146 bpm. She measured at about 21 weeks... but we'll still keep our originally due date of February 6th/7th. Their growth can fluctuate a bit so most often doctor's do not change the due date this far into the pregnancy.Our doctor's office even had a new 3D machine allowing us to take a more realistic look at her! Keep in mind that she's only 21-22 weeks old and
weighs only 14 oz so she still hasn't filled out quite yet! But to me she's perfect!!!! (The reflection makes it kind of hard to see her pretty little face!)
